Our Solution
Transport and Assembly Platform Concept
The "Rolling Door Panels" transport and assembly platform was developed to mount rolling door panels safely and efficiently. The panels are temporarily stored on an inclined support of the platform and transported to the next step of the process, enabling efficient assembly.
Technical Execution and Functionality
The platform consists of two side frames, a platform, a railing, and a chassis with central locking. A removable step ladder on the longitudinal side ensures safe access, and an inclined support for the rolling door panels on the opposite side allows for practical and ergonomic handling of the panels. Impact protection on both ends provides additional safety. The platform measures 2000 mm in length, 1200 mm in width, and 700 mm in height.
Chassis and Safety Features
The chassis consists of four swivel casters with a diameter of 160 mm. The operation of the brake is from the longitudinal side.
Decking and Railing
The platform features a grooved aluminum decking (R9). The railing is fixed on one longitudinal side and both ends. A spring-loaded safety door at the end and another safety door on the left side increase safety during work.
Load Capacities
The surface load of the platform is 1.5 kN/m² and the total load capacity is 300 kg.
