Client's Request and Task
Our goal was to develop an innovative working platform set that meets the diverse requirements of quality inspection and acceptance of different types of mobile cranes. The modular working platforms were to offer high flexibility to adapt to each crane type and the associated work steps. Easy handling by two employees and safe working under all weather conditions - even on the driver's cab - without the use of electricity were of central importance.

Our Solution
Modular Working Platform Set
The tailor-made working platform set allows flexible adaptation to different mobile crane models through its modular design. The platforms can be easily and quickly coupled, realized by using tension levers with rubber safety to lock the modules without tools.
Simple Module Connection and Expansion
The connection plates in striking yellow ensure clear visibility and are fixed to the modules by a simple plug-in system. The folding platforms expand the working area as needed, and the platforms can be flexibly adapted to the respective crane type through telescopic extensions operable with a crank.
Weather-Independent and Safe Working
The platforms are equipped with an R13 grating covering, which remains slip-resistant even in winter conditions. A protective rubber strip prevents damage to the inside of the crane, and the railing constructions can be adapted as needed to provide maximum safety.
User-Friendliness and Accessibility
The modules can be easily moved by two employees, and the access staircase ensures a safe and comfortable ascent. The robust solid rubber wheel system with parking brake ensures the necessary mobility and stability.
